Shipping

Shipping is done through USPS and UPS. Postage is automatically calculated per current USPS and UPS postage rates. Packages are shipped via priority mail. 

Gut Punch is a refrigerated product and is shipped on ice. It should be refrigerated on arrival. White House Kitchen is not responsible for Gut Punch going bad if it is not refrigerated immediately upon receipt. If you order Gut Punch, please ensure that you will be able to receive the package.

Subscriptions 

Subscriptions are on a 3-month or 6-month basis. If you cancel a subscription early, you will be charged for the difference between the full price and the discounted price of every bottle you received so far. Please email whkmckinney@gmail.com to cancel.

Returns

White House Kitchen does not accept returns. Refunds will be issued if a product goes bad before its expiration date, or is of subpar quality for whatever reason. Returns will not be issued for a product past its expiration date or stored improperly. GUT PUNCH SHOULD BE USED BEFORE ITS EXPIRATION DATE. White House Kitchen is not responsible for damages due to the product being allowed to expire.

Retail & Delivery

White House Kitchen will deliver product within 48 hours of the order being placed. If this is not possible, we will contact you and make other arrangements. Please keep in mind that we are a family business, and situations such as illness and emergencies may affect our ability to deliver.  If this is the case we will always let you know. Delivery fee is $6, and delivery is only available within Collin and Grayson Counties. For exceptions please contact us.
